The BBC has recently launched "BBC Hands on History" - helping to bring history to life for families:http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/handsonhistory/

The first phase of the project focuses on the Normans and as part of this, they have launched a map of the UK featuring walks, trails and great day trips to Norman sites and buildings around the country.

Adel St John the Baptist has been included and we want to help promote the campaign by linking to Hands on History via the above link. 

The Hands on History site also includes free activity packs which families can download, including 'I Spy' guides for Norman churches and castles.
