What are Extended Services

Extended Services North West (ESNW) is the name for the local cluster of schools and Ireland Wood Children's Centre.  Extended Services are at the heart of the local community.  Click here to visit their website

We work in partnership with the local authority and other partners including Youth Services, Health, Early Years, Police, YMCA, Faith Groups, Voluntary Sector, Leisure

We respond to the needs of children, young people and families in the local area
We provide information and access to a range of services and activities:

- access to quality childcare between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
- a wide range of activities
- access to support and services for children and young people
- space and facilities for community use
- advice and information for parents and carers

Webster Stratton Incredible Years Parenting Course for parents and carers with children aged 3 – 8
Learn new skills and meet other parents and carers.
Course starts February 26th (coffee introduction morning) then the following Friday 5th March the actual course starts - 14 weeks 9-15  -   11.30.

The cost per cheerleader is £6.50 per week. Payment for each term is to be paid to at the beginning of that term in full. Cheervision offers the opportunity of a trial class - please contact Brooke for more information.

Seniors (age 14-18) 6.15pm - 7.45pm

Friday - join in the fun at Street Dance for Primary schools 4 - 5 pm £1.50

Friday Night Project
The Friday Night Project is for young people aged 11-18. A range of sports and arts activities are available at the Holt Park Leisure Centre
5.00pm-7.00pm every Friday. The project is staffed by experienced youth workers and YMCA staff. Costs £1 including free swim and squash.
